Relational Organizing

We need to build enough trust that we understand we have different roles and not let intentional tactics divide us. We are commited to building a growing a multiracial, multigenerational, multifaith base focused on awakening and accompanying people, developing leaders, and taking action. 

Collaborative Partnerships

We need to build power at scale to tackle the challenges we are facing. We can't do this alone. We are part of an ecosystem of organizations whose bases must come together around shared priorities and visions to fight for the world we want to live in. 

Incubating New Initiatives

The approaches, strategies, and ways we’ve imagined who our leaders are have not led to the changes we need to see in our world. We can draw on the wisdom of changemakers while also testing new ways to meet people where they are and gather for action with sustained iteration.
